This letter is to confirm that Kevin Brake contractually worked for me and the Holiday Inn, Stephenville, during the pre-opening and planning stage of this venture.

During the time Kevin worked for me, I found him to be extremely talented, hardworking and conscientious towards the task I requested of him. Kevin mostly worked on our restaurant and lounge concept and was instrumental with regards to us picking the very popular and successful "Emile’s" theme.

I found Kevin to have an excellent natural ability towards marketing and computer knowledge, as well as an excellent ability to work with little supervision. Every task I requested of Kevin, I was confident would completed.

Kevin’s initiative during desperate employment opportunities is to be highly commended and I fell Kevin would be a definite asset to any establishment.
