This is a letter of reference for Kevin Brake.

I first met Kevin Brake in my former capacity as the Coordinator of the Long Range Community Futures Committee. Kevin applied and was subsequently, accepted into a Small Business Enterprise Program sponsored by Community Futures. His acceptance was primarily a result of his demonstrated persistence and determination.

Kevin did well in that program and, through connections made at that time, has further educated himself using available resources at the Acoa / Enterprise Network in Stephenville. He has done some work for me, using these self-taught desktop publishing skills.

I have been satisfied with his work and particularly appreciate how much he has accomplished through determination and initiative.

Kevin Brake then is a self-starter, very focused on achievement and for these reasons I would recommend him for inclusion in any training course or employment opportunity that he may pursue in the future.
